Good alternative
I use it for days when training is less intense or I just want to clear my head a bit for work or other more prolonged activity such as cycling, hiking, etc. .... I have a low tolerance to caffeine and 200 mg of a standard intake I notice it quite a bit.
La uso para días en los que el entrenamiento es de menor intensidad o simplemente quiero despejarme un poco para trabajar o otra actividad mas prolongada como salir con la bici, a la montaña.... Yo tengo poca tolerancia a la cafeína y 200 mg de una toma estándar los noto bastante.
