I do not usually drink much coffee, the first day I took two capsules and flew throughout the day, even became too much stimulation and 10 hours later I still noticed and much therefore are quite powerful and the stimulation is lasting and progressive, in my case the maximum peak was around 4-5 hours and began to decline around 7-8 hours. I noticed that I did not have as many nerves as with normal coffee due to the Theanine. A 10 quality/price.
No tomo mucho café habitualmente, el primer día tome dos capsulas y volé durante todo el día, incluso llego a ser demasiada estimulación y 10 horas después aun lo notaba y mucho por lo tanto son bastante potentes y la estimulación es duradera y progresiva, en mi caso el pico máximo fue entorno a las 4-5 horas y empezó a declinar entorno a las 7-8 horas. Se noto que no tenia tantos nervios como con el café normal debido a la Teanina. Un 10 calidad/precio.
