I am not a coffee drinker because it makes me anxious, but these capsules with the caffeine and theine mixture have the property of making me take advantage of the benefits of coffee without making me nervous. On the other hand, I have also noticed that if one day I decide not to take them, I get a slight headache, perhaps produced by a certain "withdrawal syndrome" of coffee.

No soy tomador de café debido a que me crea ansiedad pero, estas cápsulas con la mezcla de cafeína y teína tienen la propiedad de hacerme aprovechar los beneficios del café sin ponerme nervioso.
