Taken for years

Looks good

For me it is ideal in spring.

When spring arrives I usually use some adaptogen for a while to better cope with the asthenia. I rotate as I see fit, I have used this formulation before and it works great. Highly recommended.

Cuando llega la primavera suelo usar algún adaptógeno un tiempo para llevar mejor la astenia. Voy rotando según me parezca, esta formulación la he usado con anterioridad y va fenomenal. Muy recomendable.

I use it for my opposition

I use several nootropics to study and this is one of them. As I take several at the same time, I can't assure its effectiveness 100%, but I do feel more concentrated and it allows me to study longer without losing focus. It also has properties that improve blood circulation according to several studies, although I do not use it for that purpose.

Utilizo para estudiar varios nootropicos y este es uno de ellos. Como tomo varios a la vez, no puedo asegurar su efectividad al 100% pero si que me noto más concentrado y me permite estudiar mas tiempo sin perder el foco. También posee propiedades que mejoran la circulación sanguínea según varios estudios, aunque no lo utilizo para ello.

It is good but do not abuse it

I have read and I have been told by health professionals that it is very good but it should not be abused especially in time... do not take it very continuously... I always take it in this way with long periods of rest but I recommend it because it is very effective.

He leído y me han comentado profesionales de la salud que es muy bueno pero no hay que abusar de el sobre todo en el tiempo... no tomarlo de manera muy continuada... yo lo tomo siempre de esta forma con periodos largos de descanso pero lo recomiendo pues es muy efectivo
