Does not dissolve very well

It does its job but it does not dissolve as well as whey protein, if you add it to oatmeal or something like that it has a grainy texture. The amount of leucine, which is the most anabolic amino acid, is lower than whey so you have to consume 30% more or so to compensate. Still, very well priced, it's worth it. The vanilla flavor is ok, the mango and pineapple is not recommended.

Cumple su cometido pero no disuelve tan bien como la proteína whey, si se lo echas a la avena o algo por el estilo tiene una textura granulosa. La cantidad de leucina, que es el aminoacido más anabólico, es inferior a la whey por lo que debes de consumir un 30% más o así para compensar. Aún así, muy bien de precio, merece la pena. El sabor vainilla está ok, el de mango y piña no lo recomiendo.

Highly recommended. I bought the Mango-pineapple flavor and it is great. It's a little hard to mix at first but then it mixes well and I love the texture.
