When I received the package I noticed that I got the wrong flavor I ordered, and that's good because the salted caramel is very good. Quando recebi a embalagem reparei que me enganei no sabor que pedi, e ainda bem porque o caramelo salgado é muito bom. Já tinha experimentado este sabor em whey e foi bem mais intenso, este é suave e gosto muito. Misturei com um iogurte natural e combinou muito bem. Também já comprei a isolada de ervilha, mas gosto mais da de soja que consegue ser mais suave e parecida com leite. Vou começar a usar para me ajudar a emagrecer e completar as minhas necessidades de proteína visto que não ingiro carne e derivados. Sem dúvida vou continuar a encomendar neste site, gosto do que tenho experimentado, oferecem outros produtos e amostras, não pago portes e os preços são muito acessíveis.Grata

Very good but...
This is the first time I have taken this type of protein. The texture is surprisingly thicker than usual. I took it with vanilla and I prepare it in porridge with banana + milk + mix of chia seeds, goji...I love it...as a snack with water it's good too but thick as I said so you need a good quantity of water. Despite everything there is always this thick side. It's a matter of taste. I have recommended it.
C'est la première fois que je prenais ce type de protéine. La texture est surprenante, plus épaisse que d' habitude. Je l' ai prise à la vanille et je la prépare en porridge avec banane + lait + mélange de graines chia, goji...j' adore...en encas avec de l' eau c' est bien aussi mais épais comme je le disais donc il faut une bonne quantité d' eau. Malgré tout il y a toujours ce côté épais. C' est une histoire de goût. Pour ma part, j' en ai recommandé.

Proz... is the worst in terms of taste(sand and texture) big well but the flavors are not a hit like these.
