After taking animal protein and having tried some vegetable protein, I'll stick with this soy protein. The taste is perfect, not too sweet and not too chemical. I chose the vanilla one and it goes great for smoothies with a little soy milk, water and cinnamon. Also, the digestion is much lighter and does not cause as much discomfort as animal protein.
