I wish it were truly neutral
I wish I could find a vegetable protein that was truly neutral in flavor or almost neutral...the pea protein is great for me and I love the density it gives (it thickens a lot). It can make lumps but in shaker with a ball it doesn't happen. A pity about the taste, it is not at all pleasant neither this one nor the flavored ones, I can only tolerate the coffee one well.
Ojalá encontrara una prote vegetal que de verdad fuera neutra en sabor o casi...la de guisante me sienta genial y la densidad que da (espesa mucho) me encanta. Puede hacer grumos pero en shaker con bola no pasa. Una pena el sabor, no es nada agradable ni esta ni las de sabores, yo solo soporto bien el de café

The flavor is very strong in intensity and somewhat acidic, it reminds me of green apples a lot. Like the rest of soy proteins, it is very dense, so "pudding" mode is great. Of course, if mixed with fruit, it masks a lot of the flavor precisely because of the intensity of the protein.
