I use it as a complement in cooking, to add to some cake, to make batter without wasting a whole egg. Obviously the taste is not the same but it is useful for me.

Absolutely practical, excellent value for money. You can mix it in so many recipes, you can get omelettes of excellent consistency. I have already bought more packs, now I also use it to make egg pasta and the result is great, a real surprise.
