Good product.

First of all, it is a very digestible protein. I have had absolutely no discomfort during the time I have been using it. The vanilla flavor is very refreshing when taken cold.

Effective before going to sleep

Very tasty strawberry-banana flavor. I usually take it with water or yogurt. It is satiating and I use it on training days before going to sleep.

Super good flavor (pineapple yogurt) and perfect dissolution even in protein milk, in other proteins of other brands I have to take off the lumps from the walls of the shaker but not with this brand in all its variants.
