Very good option for any preparation, personally I use it for porridge or smoothies at breakfast and it gives very good results. You can choose the flour option if the texture bothers you.

I am a regular breakfast porridge, and the truth is that I could not find an oatmeal with fine grain and easily digestible, the one from Mercadona seems to me cardboard .... Soy asidua a desayunar gachas de avena, y la verdad que no encontraba una avena con el grano fino y de fácil digestión, la del Mercadona me parece cartón... Y cuando vi que aquí la había no dudé en comprarla, me ha parecido un imprescindible ya en mis compras. Es un grano fino ideal para las gachas aparte de Tener buen Sabor. Recomendable
