Very fine flakes

These flakes are almost lightly ground. When I first bought them I thought they were going to be the usual fine flakes but they come much smaller. I use them to make pancakes or porridge. Fantastic value for money! I have bought them again and again.

Lightly ground flakes

They are fine flakes and taste good, but they are smaller and for porridge they remain caked. However, for other uses they are fine.
