Good product

Very good thickener. I use it with the peanut powder to form peanut butter and the result can't be better. It gives a great texture and does not add any flavor.

Muy buen espesante. Yo lo uso con el cacahuete en polvo para formar crema de cacahuete y el resultado no puede ser mejor. Le da una textura estupenda y no aporta ningún sabor.

Very good product.

It is a very good product, it is incredible, with only half a teaspoon it has an effect on meals, it thickens them a lot.

Es muy buen producto, es increíble con solamente media cucharita hace efecto en las comidas, las espesa bastante.

A much healthier substitute for cornstarch and does exactly the same thing. Recommended.

Very good value for money. It has a somewhat characteristic odor but is not noticeable when mixed with flavored liquids.

Good thickener

I like the thick texture that is achieved with little product, but it takes away a little of the flavor of the recipe to which it is added.

Effective

I have never used this product before and have used it to add to egg whites. Its function as a thickener is good.
