Flavor and texture
It has a fine granules and a mild flavor. I use it for desserts, with grated apple and an egg and cinnamon you make a 10 protein dessert.

Good taste
I have always liked coconut, but this one is really good, I like to mix it with yogurt or milk, it gives it a delicious touch, it doesn't taste very strong coconut, it's rather soft.
