Good product, good taste, dissolves very well. It gives results but for long outings better the evotonic because at the end you notice that lack of punch.

Very good.
It came as a gift with black currant flavor, I didn't like the taste too much, but to each his own. The orange flavor is incredibly good. At the intra-workout level it's great for getting kcal and calories into the workout and not saturating the digestive system. It also comes with minerals in a measure to avoid dehydration.

It tastes great to mix in training shakes. I haven't noticed the effectiveness yet but it can be mixed perfectly with water or vegetable milk.
