They are the first ones I've tried, but I must say that I was surprised. I have used them for long bike rides and during weight training, in both situations they have contributed to the delay of fatigue. The orange flavor and dissolution was also good. One downside... the inside of the canisters on the bike were colored orange.
Son los primeros que pruebo pero, he de decir que me han sorprendido. Los he usado para tiradas largas de bicicleta y durante la musculación en ambas situaciones han contribuido al retraso de la fatiga. El sabor de naranja y su disolución también ha sido buena. Proponerle una pega.. se colorearon de naranja los botes de la bici por dentro.
