Great dissolution
I ordered the unflavored one and it was a total success. The taste is slightly sweet but not cloying, does not color the water and does not leave any lumps. I take it during training and I haven't noticed much of an effect yet as it's my first day.

I use it for swimming workouts of an hour and a half and I notice a slight decrease in fatigue in the last series, as well as it favors recovery. I use the cherry flavor and it tastes exactly like the mythical heart-shaped lollipops, dissolves well and doesn't make me sick to my stomach.
