The vd that I do not know much I'm new but the little that I take is quite satiating and such the only bad thing I see is the taste of custard is that it is too concentrated tastes very sweet but the vd that you notice that it is a good product as is everything HSN but I would like to try the normal evowhey also but this I have not seen results because it has not been more time but overall well I recommend it.
La vd que no se mucho soy nuevo pero lo poco que llevo es bastante saciante y tal lo único malo que le veo es al sabor de natillas esque es demasiado concentrado sabe muy dulce pero la vd que se nota que es un buen producto como es todo lo de HSN pero me gustaría probar la evowhey normal también pero está no he visto resultados porque no ha pasado más tiempo pero en general bien la recomiendo.
