I highly recommend it for those who are in a volume phase because it provides a lot of protein and carbohydrates. What I like the most is the price because it is very cheap. In fact I bought 2.5kg and I do not regret anything. The white chocolate and lemon flavor is good although I think there are better ones like the chocolate one.

Lo recomiendo mucho para aquellos que están en una fase de volumen porque aporta una gran cantidad de proteína y carbohidratos. Lo que más me gusta es el precio ya que es muy barato. De hecho he comprado 2,5kg y no me arrepiento de nada. El sabor chocolate blanco y limón esta bueno aunque creo que hay mejores como el de chocolate.

The truth is that it is quite good, a mixture of carbohydrates and whey protein. It is being very recurrent, the worst thing is the packaging. I have bought many products here, and the complaint is always the packaging. Half of them I have to close with tweezers, because the closure does not work.
