Every morning before going to the gym I drink it with milk and it is very very good, so much so that I always have to resist making another one. The flavor I got is chocolate and cookies. It dissolves great and to top it off I like to add a spoonful of peanut butter which also usually dissolves without problems. It gives me enough energy to get me through my workout at 6 am without having had any breakfast besides the shake.

Cada mañana antes de ir al gimnasio me lo bebo con leche y está muy muy bueno, tanto que siempre me tengo que resistir de hacerme otro. El sabor que cogí es el de chocolate y galletas. Se disuelve genial y para completarlo me gusta añadirle una cucharada de mantequilla de cacahuete que también se suele disolver sin problemas. Me da suficiente energía para aguantar el entrenamiento a las 6 de la mañana sin haber desayunado nada a parte del batido.
