El olor es a cacahuate suave, la disolución muy fácil en agua o mezclas, el sabor también a cacahuete suave, sutil y sin amargor
Es fabuloso tenerlo es la despensa como producto multiuso: simplemente diluido en agua para hacer una crema fina (ojo, la textura y sabor no se parecen a la crema de cacahuete, no es un sustituto, es otra cosa diferente)
Como parte de otras harinas (almendra, coco) para mezclas de repostería keto
Las galletas salen muy buenas sustituyendo un cuarto o la mitad de la harina indicada por esta de cacahuete
Para salsas tipo satay, o para añadir a platos con pollo, cerdo o ternera
Como topping para helados y postres, diluido en líquido … … …
Las posibilidades son infinitas, cada día se ocurren ideas nuevas y casi todas funcionan por esto que comento: es muy fina, fácil de disolver y el sabor es muy rico y suave
La recomiendo para deportistas, ketos, para quien busque proteína alta en fibra y baja en grasa, y para cualquiera que quiera probar algo diferente, especial y delicioso (mejora el sabor de cualquier preparación donde la pongas)
