Good for blending and adding volume
I don't like the taste of pure paste made with water, but since I can't get peanut butter out of my daily routine, I mix it with half a spoonful of normal butter and a little honey. That way I can keep the volume I was eating before but cut down on the calories a lot.

Perfect substitute for peanut butter
This is really good peanut butter powder and can compete with all other brands in terms of macros. I put it in my yogurt, in my oatmeal and also mix it with water to make a paste on bread. It also tastes really nice like peanuts, you hardly notice that the powder has less fat. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, I will buy it again!

100% peanut flavor. I use it to mix it in my meals, chicken, yogurts, rice. It is very clean and much better than peanut butter, if you want to lose weight I would erect this option more.

It is very good for not abusing so much peanut butter, since it is much more caloric in definition. The defatted option allows to reduce a lot the fat. Flavor well achieved.

Very good product, mixed with water you have a peanut butter instantly, but with little fat, high in protein and very satiating. Also to add to yogurt, or mixed with chocolate protein and a little milk to have a delicious low-fat and protein cocoa cream.
