I tried it and I prefer the defatted one.

Great taste, very nice texture. I can't say anything negative. But of course: if we compare it with the defatted and its price, which cocoa is not cheap (and besides, with the work involved in its production, it should not be), I prefer the defatted.

De sabor genial, textura muy agradable. No puedo decir nada negativo. Pero claro: si lo comparamos con el desgrasado y su precio, que el cacao no es económico (y además, con el trabajo que supone su elaboración no debería serlo) me quedo con el desgrasado.
