Excellent antioxidant

I use it as an antioxidant every day for general health and especially for the liver, the 300 mg dose personally is a bit low, a 500-600 dose would be preferable and that is twice as much as recommended by hsn, but quality and price are definitely good.

Io lo uso come antiossidante tutti i giorni per la salute generale e soprattutto per il fegato, la dose da 300 mg personalmente è un po' bassa, sarebbe preferibile una da 500-600 e cioè il doppio di quella consigliata da hsn, ma qualità e prezzo sono sicuramente buoni.
