I have been using nac frequently for many years when I have colds. Now with the graphene I use it much more, I take it for two weeks, two capsules when I am fasting. I like the combination in this product with selenium, and natural vitamin e, I only add natural vitamin c acerola. The dose of nac is too low for the purposes I use it for, so two capsules. After two weeks I rest one and start again.
Uso nac frecuentemente de hace muchos años cuando resfriados. Ahora con el tema del grafeno lo utilizo mucho mas, lo tomo dos semanas, dos capsulas en ayuno. Me gusta la combinación en este producto con selenio, y vitamina e natural, solo le añado vitamina c natural acerola. La dosis de nac es muy bajo para los fines que lo uso, por eso dos capsulas. Después de dos semanas descanso una y vuelvo a empezar.
