I don't suffer from digestive discomfort but I take them on days when I eat red meat or overdo some food to help the stomach with digestion.

Appears to relieve digestive discomfort

I have suffered for years from irritable bowel syndrome and reflux, with all the discomfort that goes with it. I have been taking it for a month and I would say that it has helped to alleviate the discomfort. It is true that I also take specific medication but I was still having discomfort, so I tried this. To suggest some improvement, the size of the capsule is large and can be difficult to swallow.

Padezco desde hace años colon irritable y reflujo, con todas las molestias que ello conlleva. Llevo tomándolo un mes y diría que algo ha contribuido a aliviar las molestias. Es cierto que tomo además medicación específica pero aún así seguía teniendo molestias, por eso probé esto. Por sugerir alguna mejora, el tamaño de la cápsula es grande y puede resultar difícil de tragar
