It has fulfilled the digestion, I've been a week doing mountain routes eating bocatillos, sausages, freeze-dried foods, gels, you can imagine. I always ended up with a regular stomach, but this time I have had no problems with it, no acidity, heaviness, etc.. As a comment, I started taking it 4 days before starting the routes.

Ha cumplido con las digestiones, he estado una semana haciendo rutas de montaña comiendo bocatillos, embutidos, comidas liofilizadas, geles, os lo podéis imaginar. Siempre acababa con el estómago regular tirando a mal, pero en esta ocasión no he tenido problemas con él, ni acidez, pesadez, etcétera. Como comentario, empecé a tomarlo 4 días antes de iniciar las rutas.
