They have been a real discovery. I had heavy digestions with abdominal distension and allergic reactions to dairy products and since taking them I feel much better, I can even eat cheese (goat or sheep) without any intestinal or skin problems. The tablets are a bit big but they can be easily broken in half for better swallowing. I always repeat.
Han sido todo un descubrimiento. Tenía digestiones pesadas con distensión abdominal y reacciones alérgicas a los derivados lácteos y desde que las tomo me noto mucho mejor, incluso puedo comer queso (de cabra u oveja) sin ningún problema intestinal ni cutáneo. Son un poco grandes las tabletas pero se pueden partir por la mitad fácilmente para tragarlas mejor. Siempre repito.

I think it's a great product with an unbeatable quality/price ratio. I have lactose intolerance and it has lactase (I didn't buy it for that reason) so these enzymes are great for me. Even my family doctor noticed that my abdominal distension has gone down and asked me what I was taking. I combine it with probiotics also from HSN, my digestion feels much better and my tummy corroborates it. 100% recommendable

Tengo intolerancia a la lactosa y tiene lactasa (no lo compré por eso) así que son unas enzimas que me sientan genial. hasta mi medico de cabecera me ha notado que la distensión abdominal ha bajado y me preguntó que tomaba.
