I was taking it for a while because I have PCOS. I couldn't do a blood test to compare, because we were in full pandemic, but the rule began to be more regular and I noticed less hair loss (in my case caused by excess androgens). I recommend advice from an endocrinologist if you have PCOS, this product can be a great ally, you have to be patient though. A great product, at an unbeatable price.
Estuve tomándolo una temporada porque tengo SOP. No pude hacerme analítica para comparar, porque estábamos en plena pandemia, pero la regla empezó a ser más regular y noté menos caída del cabello (en mi caso causada por exceso de andrógenos). Recomiendo asesoramiento por parte de un endocrino si tienes SOP, este producto puede ser un gran aliado, hay que ser tener paciencia eso sí.
