Je l ai pris pour l action sur la prostate, après avoir vérifié évidemment que je n avais pas de problèmes sérieux. Pour cela je suis satisfait. Mais l efficacité maximale a été sur ma peau qui depuis toujours à des résidus de boutons d'acné. En 15 jours ils ont tous disparus sans jamais revenir. Donc, si vous êtes plus jeune avec une acné tenace, essayez.
