Great
Very fresh, to take after a workout, it is very light, with good flavor and with its ingredients, a fair effectiveness.

Correct
I received it as a free sample and I think it's a good product, nothing more. I prefer the classic post-workout protein shake.

I will have to try again
I will try it again and give the fruit punch flavor another try as I didn't drink it in the best conditions and didn't like it but I think it was because I didn't put cold water in it as it was very hot and the water was quite warm.
