I have already bought it many times
I have been trying different flavors, this time the lemon one. It has a good flavor without being excessive. The neutral flavor seems very bland to me.

Useful, but expensive
It is a good substitute if you are looking to save time. If you have time and nutritional knowledge... quality-price would be to buy separately protein, maltodextrin, fructose and Evolytes, which you can find on this page of HSN, and provide much more for less price.

Great
Seems effective, mixes well by adding it to a regular whey shake. Let's just say I make my product mixes myself.

Great recuperator both in gym session and after a long run, where the full of its composition makes the return to have the ideal physical levels, is more than fast and surprising. Very good value for money.
