Ideal
I usually use it after hard workouts or mountain race competitions and it works great, it helps to recover after intense and/or prolonged efforts. Very easy to dissolve in water, without creating lumps.

Perfect
Orange flavor, I have tried other flavors and they are just as good, very successful. It is noticeable that the next day you are fully recovered for a new workout. Easy to dilute and with cold water is superior.

Good choice
First time I've tried it. So far nothing to report, the taste (orange) is pleasant and it dissolves well even in a little water.

Great discovery
I had never tasted it before. Unbeatable flavor, the blackcurrant flavor. Great to mix with 0% shake cheese and red fruits, to form a satiating recovery, appetizing and above all that recovers for long and intense workouts.
