For the most demanding days
I only use it the day I have had overtraining and I want to be well to continue training, I can say that it is absorbed quite well and the results are very noticeable.

Perfect
It really helps to recover sooner, there is a lot of difference between taking it and not taking it after demanding workouts. It speeds up muscle recovery time for the next session.

Good recovery product.
Good recovery product, the flavors I have tried so far are lemon and orange and they are good. When it comes to dissolve it is necessary a bottle or bottle to be able to shake it because if not lumps are left.

Complies
I didn't like the taste too much, I will have to try other flavors and evaluate more accurately.

Great taste
The recovery seems very good to me, it has a very good flavor (red fruits). The only thing I don't like is that it foams a little when mixed with water, but otherwise very good.
