Acceptable
Very pleasant orange flavor, its price makes it advisable, there are more complete recoverys but much more expensive I recommend it.

Supera Mix
Great mix for just after the session, it allows you not to have to think too much because the composition already includes everything you expect after a session fast carbs, proteins, salts

Evorecovery powder
It works well for me.
I take it right at the end of an intense trail running training session and it helps me recover to keep on fighting.

Perfect as anti-stiffness
Quite effective, especially when you are starting to relieve stiffness the next day, you recover better and you can take it as a refreshment.

Evorecovery powder
Perfect for recovery and during exercise
Instead of drinking it to recover, I usually drink it during the physical activity or just before starting it if it is going to be very long and demanding. I take a bottle with me and take sips throughout the day, it's great!!! It doesn't give you a rush (and you don't need it), but you feel that you don't lack energy. And it doesn't make you feel low.
Además no te da bajón.
