Good recovery
A good recovery for after intense cycling training. To my taste it would lack some added supplement such as creatine or glutamine to improve recovery. The flavors are good but definitely missing chocolate!!!!

Good taste. I think 2 scoops is a lot and I mix it in 500ml of water because the resulting mixture is a little sweet for me. But it is effective and helps with recovery. Must try it.
