It has helped me recover quickly
I really like the flavor of the fruit punch, it gives a tropical and acid touch that I love in my shakes, and I think the effect they have after soccer games, running races to recover quickly in my case has been very good.

Recuperator
This is a perfect recuperator for after in my case a good weight training session of more than an hour by having a mixture of different types of carbohydrates, hydrolyzed protein, enriched with some essential amino acids and minerals. Unbeatable price for what it offers.
