Best for double training sessions

I bought it because there were days when I trained double or did some cardio in the afternoon and then I was really tired, a success. It helps me on those days when I need to perform better and better.

Good product

I was not very convinced by the flavors, but I admit that the black currant flavor was tasty.

Excellent recovery

I ordered it to see its effect. I did a hard day at the gym, with the recommended doses of recovery and it went very well. I'm not 30, but I did notice its effect with rest the next day. I will be back with it when it runs out.

Great post workout

Great to take after training if I know that the next meal will take more than 2 hours. Improves recovery for future sessions.

Good taste and result

I decided to buy the lemon Evorecovery thanks to the recommendation of a friend and indeed it has a spectacular taste and post-workout results are very good because you recover great. The mixture is two scoops of fifty with 400 ml of water but I put a little more water because otherwise the taste is very sweet.

Evorecovery

It came to me as a gift, very good taste, if you notice after training with less loaded muscles.

Approved

Suitable formula for glycogen replacement and muscle rebuilding. The addition of electrolytes promotes post-workout hydration. I recommend the lemon flavor.

Fórmula apropriada para a reposição do glicogėnio e reconstrução muscular. A adição de electrólitos promove a hidratação no pós-treino. Recomendo o sabor a limão.

Good recovery

I train on my bike every day, and at the end of the training I take the recovery. I mix it with creatine, and now I recover faster, and I don't feel fatigued, and I can train more and better. I recommend it 100%, a discovery.

Evorecovery powder

Tastes good with plenty of water and works well

It takes a little while to dissolve completely but then it tastes quite good (Fruit Punch variety), you just have to dilute it with a little more water.
