I'm trying them to lower my cholesterol, I don't know if they work yet but I'm going to take them often just in case. The only thing I see is that the bottle is too big for so few pills, they could have saved some plastic there.

All my life I have had high cholesterol, since I was 12 years old the doctors told me that I had to eat better when I have always had a good diet. When I had a blood test and they told me that they were going to put me on medication, I started taking red yeast and after 6 months I have lowered to correct levels. It is working.
