Ideal intra or post-workout
This gummy bar helps give you the carbohydrate you need during the race. Personally I think it's hard to chew and swallow which is more appropriate for the post race even though on a trail you're not always in the race, you can take it during short breaks. The taste is a bit weird, but it's just a matter of getting used to it.
Esta barra de gominola te ayuda a darte el carbohidrato que necesitas durante la carrera. Personalmente pienso que cuesta masticarlo y tragar lo cual es mas apropiado para el post a pesar que en una trail que no siempre estas en carrera, puedes tomarte lo en los pequeños descansos. El sabor es un poco raro, pero es acostumbrarse.
