I have not had enough time to notice results, although perhaps I can notice an increase in energy by consuming the 6 capsules a day. The only drawback is the size of the capsules, because although they can be swallowed, the fact of having to consume 3 capsules in a row generates a somewhat unpleasant experience.

Personally in this type of supplements I prefer them without flavor, otherwise in the end between that you have to take a protein shake (with a flavor), now the bcaa with another flavor, creatine if you take also with another flavor.... becomes very heavy. On the other hand, if you buy them in a neutral flavor, you can mix everything in the same shake and that's it. This capsule format is also very convenient and is great to take it in a super simple and fast way. Totally recommended

Personalmente en este tipo de suplementos los prefiero sin sabor, de lo contrario al final entre que te tienes que tomar un batido de proteínas (con un sabor), ahora los bcaa con otro sabor, la creatina si te tomas tambíen con otro sabor.... se hace muy pesado. En cambio si los compras de sabor neutro, puedes mezclarlo todo en el mismo "shake" y listo. Este formato cápsulas también es muy cómodo y viene genial para tomarlo de manera super sencilla y rápida. Totalmente recomendado
