Effective but hard to swallow
Being BCAAs in 2:1:1 composition (the ideal) they are effective for pre-workout, but they are VERY difficult to swallow (they are very large and very dry, they get stuck in the throat). To take them I have to chew them completely, which releases their bitter taste and leaves you with a mouth full of crushed pill.
Al ser BCAAs en composición 2:1:1 (lo ideal) son efectivos para el pre-entreno, pero son MUY difíciles de tragar (son muy grandes y muy secas, se quedan pegadas en la garganta). Para tomarlas debo masticarlas completamente, lo que libera su sabor amargo y te deja la boca llena de pastilla molida.

I bought this product mainly for the benefits of BCAAS, but the added vitamins make it a very good supplement. More specifically we can say that BCAAS: - Promote protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism. - They help preserve glycogen, since the branched amino acids themselves can be easily used as fuel. - Improve performance in aerobic and anaerobic activities. - Reduce post-workout muscle soreness symptoms. - They support the immune system, increasing for example the endogenous production of glutamine, an important non-essential amino acid and the most abundant in muscle. Este producto principalmente lo compre por los beneficios de los BCAA'S, sin embargo el plus de Vitaminas lo hace un suplemento muy bueno. Hablando más concretamente podemos decir que los BCAA'S:
- Favorecen la síntesis de proteína y previenen el catabolismo muscular.
- Ayudan a preservar el glucógeno, ya que los propios aminoácidos ramificados pueden usarse fácilmente como combustible.
- Mejoran el rendimiento en actividades aeróbicas y anaeróbicas.
- Reducen los síntomas de dolor muscular post-entrenamiento.
- Apoyan el sistema inmunológico, aumentando por ejemplo la producción endógena de glutamina, un importante aminoácido no esencial y el más abundante en el músculo.
