Very good
Although the powder is difficult to swallow or the flavor is a little "different" my strategy was to add it to a pre work and it works very well as I always recommend these products for their quality and price.

The taste is strong but mixed with yogurt and fruit it camouflages. It works visibly if you do enough cardio, the product helps but you have to be very consistent with your diet.

The bad thing is the taste, but if you combine it with something else and swallow it fast there is no problem. it is effective to define along with training or to maintain weight.

Very bad taste
I ordered the powder because I can't swallow the pills but the truth is that it has a strong taste and even with juice it's very hard for me to drink it.
