I didn't notice much of a difference... I stopped taking vegan supplements and I do notice a lot more of a difference with omega-3 fish.

I have been buying this Omega 3 supplement for some time now. Since I don't eat fish or meat, I was worried about not getting enough Omega 3 even if I ate nuts and seeds. I like this product because of its composition and I appreciate that you only have to take one capsule a day. Highly recommended.

Omega3 vegan, good and well priced. They come in 120 capsules, a good measure to forget about buying in a while. I have looked for other options and they were more expensive. The bottle smells like seaweed because it is made of seaweed, but as they are pills and you swallow them whole, you do not notice the taste. I recommend.
