I was looking for Omega 3 from algae. I am allergic to fish and this has no fish in it. I have been allergic for many years and since I have been taking omega 3 my skin problems have disappeared. I take it after eating and although I notice some discomfort in my stomach, it's worth it. Too bad I didn't discover it sooner!

Buscaba Omega 3 de algas. Soy alérgica al pescado y este no lleva nada de pescado. Soy alérgica desde hace muchos años y desde que tomo omega 3 mis problemas de piel han desaparecido.
