Good

Vegan Omega 3 is an essential food supplement for those who do not consume fish, the traditional source of these fatty acids. They are important for cardiovascular and brain health and for reducing inflammation. It is also sustainable and free from contaminants often found in marine products. Ideal for vegans.

Good product

It is the second bottle I take, the tablet is a little big but it is swallowed without any problem. Recommended.

Recomendable.

Excellent product quality

Very well balanced EPA and DHA, and also suitable for vegans, what more can you ask for? The product is a bit expensive, though.

Repeat purchase

It is a large capsule, but it is easy for me to swallow as a smooth texture. I don't find a bad taste, so it is recommended this way.

Perfect

Ideal for those of us who are vegetarians or vegans. It repeats a lot if you mix it with some foods, you have to try the best combination for your stomach, but Omega3 is absolutely necessary for a healthy diet and a 100% brain.

Good supplement

Slightly large capsules, as a vegetarian is a good alternative to consume a supply of omega 3 that is not of animal origin.

Reasonable

I didn't notice much of a difference... I stopped taking vegan supplements and I do notice a lot more of a difference with omega-3 fish.
