Neutral flavor and easy dissolution in water or other liquids. I take it daily with magnesium citrate, the improvement in health and vitality is noticeable in a short time. Being an alkaline product, I take it with breakfast, since in the afternoon or evening its consumption is not recommended because it does not help tranquility or sleep, as it activates the atp energy of the cells.

Great
The powder presentation for me is the best. It absorbs super well. I put a small teaspoon twice a day along with the magnesium citrate and ascorbic acid and it works great. Thanks to HSN for having all these products at such an affordable price. The taste is a little bitter but for me it is hardly noticeable, you can take it with a little lemon or orange juice and it is perfect.
La presentación en polvo para mi es la mejor. Se absorbe súper bien. Pongo una cucharadita pequeña 2 veces al día junto con el citrato de magnesio y el acido ascórbico y funciona de maravilla. Gracias a HSN por tener todos estos productos a un precio tan accesible. El sabor es un poquito amargo pero para mi apenas se nota, se puede tomar con un poquito de zumo de limón o naranja y va perfecto.
