it has properties as antioxidants and improve 1% lipid profile i would say that if it is good for the issue of lipid profile as many athletes eat a lot of meat as in my case, even if it is lean always carries some cholesterol. the first day i thought they brought me the empty bottle the pills are so small and little noisy that it seemed that there was nothing haha hahaha
tiene propiedades como antioxidantes y mejorar 1% el perfil lipidico yo diria que si es bueno por el tema del perfil lipidico ya que muchos atletas comemos mucha carne como en mi caso, aunque sea magra siempre lleva algo de colesterol. el primer dia pense que me trajeron el bote vacio las pastillas son tan pequeña y poco ruidosas que parecia que no habia nada jajaaj
