Fundamental in times of slump, or seasonal cash disorder, without the dangers of 5-HTP. Also in the beginnings of the Keto diet in which I have to fight against carbohydrate cravings. Since it requires adequate levels of vitamin B3, B6 and magnesium for serotonin synthesis, it brings the perfect combo. I stack it with l-tyrosine to balance with dopamine.

Effective, at least in my case
I bought it for my wife and it improved her quality of sleep and besides trying many things for hot flashes, this is the only thing that takes them away. I had no problems with sleep, I tried it and I admit that now I sleep perfectly, almost always in one go.
