Effective for appetite control
I bought it to raise good cholesterol and for appetite control. I don't know about the first one yet, but I can assure you that after only one week you notice that you have more lack of appetite. The only downside is that since you have to take at least two a day, the 30 bottle is too small.
La he comprado para subir el colesterol bueno, y para el control del apetito. De lo primero aún no lo sé, pero de lo segundo puedo asegurar que con sólo una semana se nota que tienes mas falta de apetito. I think it helps control sugar spikes. As it keeps the sugar more stable, it gives me less cravings for sweets or if I have something more sweet in a meal, with this pill I compensate it a little bit. I always repeat.

It seems to be effective in controlling cholesterol.
I take 2 capsules daily to control my familial hypercholesterolemia. I previously used berberine along with red rice yeast, but now I take only berberine and still manage to keep my cholesterol in check with no problems. It can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, so best taken with meals.
Consumo 2 cápsulas diariamente para controlar mi hipercolesterolemia familiar. Anteriormente usaba la berberina junto con levadura de arroz rojo, pero ahora tomo únicamente la berberina y aún así consigo mantener mi colesterol a raya sin problemas.
