I am confident of its effectiveness

I have been taking Berberine for a few weeks mainly for its glycemic regulating properties, since, according to the many studies done, Berberine improves insulin sensitivity, improves fat absorption, reduces glucose production in the liver, etc. It is still too early to check its effects, as this is not a "miracle potion" and you have to be patient. Tomo Berberina desde hace pocas semanas principalmente por sus propiedades reguladoras de la glucemia, dado que, según los muchos estudios hechos, la Berberina mejora la sensibilidad a la insulina, mejora la absorción de las grasas, reduce la producción de glucosa en el hígado, etc. Todavía es pronto para comprobar sus efectos, pues esto no es una "pócima milagrosa" y hay que tener paciencia. La tomo antes de las comidas, tres veces al día. Y también tomo extracto de Canela de Ceylán por el mismo motivo de la glucemia algo alta. Los demás aportes saludables de la Berberina (ansiolítico y antidepresivo porque aumenta los niveles de serotonina, norepinefrina y dopamina en el cerebro, salud cardíaca, papel antioxidante y anti cancerígeno, etc.) no los puedo evaluar. Confío en su eficacia.
